A good day.

So today was my 4th Wedding Anniversary. Go figure, who would have ever thought we would make it this far? Sure we have our fights and whatnot, but still that doesn’t mean we don’t love each other. Besides, at this point, I don’t think we could not deal without each other anymore. Nothing too special, kinda poor after the nice vacation to OBX. I should post some pics up of the vacation once I get them from the wife. Anyway, went out to Duclaw’s in Bel Air. Good food, good microbrew beer, nice night. Although whoever thought to put cinnamon on Tuna… wierd.

Got home, wife went to bed cause she wasn’t feeling well and I went to go watch Serenity at the movies. Wow, very very enjoyable. I watched the TV series (on the computer, the internet is a grand thing) and found it quite entertaining. Definately will watch the show if it comes back (if the movie does well). I encourage everyone and anyone to go watch the movie, sit back, grab some popcorn and have fun. This is not meant to be some epic, grandeous bullshit movie like the new Star Wars films. It is meant for you to sit down for 2 hours, have some fun and leave the movie theatre believing your money was well spent. After all, I’ve always been a fan of Joss Whedon… Buffy was a favorite of mine for a long time. Sarah Michelle Gellar was my GF for a long time, she just never knew it. =D

Now, go out, watch Serenity, enjoy and have some fun. Closed just about every hole that really needed closing from the show and answered a lot of things that had just been brushed upon in the series as well. Granted they killed off two great characters in the movie, but those things happens, so I guess I can deal. Granted there is just enough room left open for a second movie or for restarting the series… although at this point, it would have to be another movie. After seeing this ensamble in this epic of a scale, going back to the small screen would seem like a waste. I seriously think there is the possibility for a second movie for this universe, but only time will tell.

Anyway, off to bed, work to do tomorrow, and it is lateish (1:11 AM). Until next time, So long and thanks for all the fish… hehehe
